Hi, I’m Jenny, originally from New York City and now, living in rural Arkansas. I strongly believe that your health is your most important asset and I’m passionate about healthy eating, mental health, fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
Of course, it wasn’t always this way… I used to be a junk food addict, eating tons of processed foods and living a sedentary lifestyle. And then, the unthinkable happened, I lost my job in health administration – I was burned out, overweight, depressed and had no energy. I needed a change so, I started by cleaning up my diet and began to notice how something so small can really affect your wellbeing.
I got into yoga, hiking and swimming and eventually, I began to gain such an interest in my own health that I began writing about it. It turns out that I had finally found my true passion in life. My journey is far from over, I recently moved from New York to a small town in the Ozark Mountains so that I could enjoy being fit and active in a more natural environment.
